Pretending to fight - but dancing.

Bamboo as an extension of the body.
Hypnotized, the dancers become samurai.
A jump into the past, carried by the will to preserve their art.”
So I created Shinai,
slender bamboo lines in brass and silver.
Worn as earrings, the movement stays straight and fluid,
a tribute to the ancient gesture.
