We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or incorrect items

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original one. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union – Right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the same conditions: unworn, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
