“Tonight she watches.
Mamakilla, Inca Moon Goddess, wife of the Sun, guardian of women and sacred cycles.
Her gaze rests in the sky.
An offering is called for,
something lifted toward her, made of light and devotion.”

So I created Mamakilla,
wide brass astres scattered with silver orbs like starlight.
